2008

Company was founded in 2008 as a payment processing agent for First Data Merchant Services

2010

Service expansion from terminals to point of sale processing for fuel stations using the Buypass Network

2012

  • Launched new agent office in collaboration with Ignite Payments
  • 500+ accounts registered while offering internal technologies with payment processing
  • Broadened the offerings to hotel partners using Shift4

2014

  • Initiated payment terminals integration with proprietary point of sale system
  • Opened first overseas office in India
  • Expanded product-offerings with the Clover POS

2016

  • PTech POS, with payment integration using Pax Technologies
  • Became an ISO, Independent Sales Organation, and initiated agent programs
